What is Arduino Due ?

Arduino Due is the first 32-bit ARM-based development board from Arduino, featuring the Atmel SAM3X8E ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. It is an excellent choice for Arduino projects, especially for powerful and large-scale applications. The board comes equipped with 54 digital input/output pins, 12 analog inputs, 4 UART (hardware serial) channels, an 84 MHz clock speed, 2 USB connections, a power input, JTAG connector, SPI header, 1 reset button, and 1 erase button.

You can power this board using a simple AC-DC adapter or a USB cable connected to your computer. One of the USB connections on the board is a micro-USB, enabling you to use Arduino Due as a USB host. The other USB connection is used for debugging and programming.
