Just plug this into a USB C cable and a USB port and you are ready to rock and charge! Ideal for use with any single-cell 3.7V/4.2V lithium polymer or lithium ion battery. Two LEDs are available - one red and one green. The red LED lights up while charging. When the battery is fully charged and ready for use, the green LED lights up.

Designed for use with Adafruit LiPoly/LiIon batteries only. The voltage, chemistry, polarity, or pinout of other batteries may be different. Lipo/Lipoly/LiIon Batteries are not included. The charging process consists of three stages: first, a pre-conditioning charge, then a constant current fast charge, and finally a constant voltage slow charge to keep the battery full. The default charge current is 100mA, so it will work with batteries of all sizes and USB ports. If you want to charge only 500mAh or larger batteries, you can easily switch to 500mA mode by soldering the jumper on the front.
