On one side, there are traces leading to two rows of 0.1" spaced holes for the 28-TSSOP pins, and on the other side, there are 28-SOIC pins. Solder your chip to either side, and you're ready to use it on any solderless breadboard.

Comes in a pack of three PCBs, each PCB is identical and can support either SOIC (narrow, medium, or wide varieties) or TSSOP. Standard thickness PCBs, with 0.6" spacing between the two rows. Of course, you can use a smaller chip, but the pin numbering won't match up, so be careful
