This module features the BH1750 light sensor integrated with a 16-bit AD converter to provide measurements in digital output. Unlike standard photocells where you need to deal with converting the voltage output associated with the measured light into a digital output and calibration, this integrated sensor eliminates such issues. It comes with an AD converter and is pre-calibrated during production, allowing you to directly obtain measurement results.
