xpkits Pickit 3 Mini is a programmer that is compatible with Microchip Pickit 3 and uses the same software as the original version. It allows you to program and debug using the MPLABX and MPLAB IPE programs. These software applications are fully compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 operating systems.

This programmer can program and debug almost all 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers. It can be used as a debugger with MPLAB and MPLABX IDEs. Pickit 3 helps you quickly identify errors in the code you've written, speeding up project completion. It also allows you to program and debug your projects in place through its ICSP programming socket. It operates via USB without the need for additional power supplies, making it ideal for both laptops and desktop computers.

In addition, it has the capability to program certain integrated circuits such as serial EEPROMs and Keeloq.
