STM32 Nucleo-144 boards provide an affordable and flexible way for users to experiment with and prototype new concepts by selecting various combinations of performance and power consumption features offered by STM32 microcontrollers. For compatible boards, the inclusion of a Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) significantly reduces power consumption in run mode. The ST Zio connector and ST morpho headers, which expand the Arduino Uno V3 connection, make it easy to extend the functionality of the Nucleo open development platform with a wide range of specialized shields. The STM32 Nucleo-144 board integrates the ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programmer, eliminating the need for a separate probe. It comes with comprehensive free software libraries and examples provided in the STM32Cube MCU package.
