Main Features:

Pre-installed Klipper Firmware: The Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer is designed to be fast and efficient. It features a silent Klipper motherboard and an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor with enough processing power. It can print at incredible speeds of up to 500 mm/s (recommended 250 mm/s) and supports advanced functions such as input shaping and pressure advance to achieve accurate and smooth models. With 8GB of RAM, it can store many models and provide quick access when needed.

Dual-Gear Direct Drive Extruder: The dual-gear direct drive extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio ensures smooth and consistent extrusion. It combines with a copper-titanium bi-metal throat tube and a unique air channel design to improve heat dissipation and reduce nozzle clogging.

300°C High-Temperature Nozzle: With a high-temperature nozzle reaching 300°C, the printer can handle a wide range of filaments, including high-temperature filaments like PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and nylon. The extended hotend design allows for consistent heating and faster melting and extrusion, enabling higher printing speeds.

Smart Sectional Heated Bed: The slicing software automatically recognizes the model's size during slicing and activates the central heating zone (120mmx120mm) if the model size exceeds it. The two sections can be manually turned on and off for more precise temperature control. Additionally, the surface of the PEI magnetic platform is marked for guidance.

Automatic Bed Calibration + Auxiliary Calibration: With 121 (11x11) points of automatic bed leveling, you can achieve consistent and reliable prints without the need for manual bed leveling each time. In addition, auxiliary leveling with manually rotated knobs allows for finer adjustments at the print bed level, enhancing print quality.

Efficient Heat Distribution: The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro includes 2 thickened double-sided 4015 ball bearing cooling fans and 4x4020 ball bearing blower fans at the back of the print head to rapidly cool newly printed layers from multiple angles, ensuring efficient cooling for high-speed printing.

Equipped with the Klipper motherboard and ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor, the Neptune 4 Pro can print at speeds up to 500 mm/s, allowing you to complete your printing projects quickly and efficiently. With our pre-installed Klipper manufacturer firmware, you can start printing right away without the hassle of installing firmware.

Furthermore, it supports input shaping to eliminate artifacts and resonances on the model surface and pressure advance for predicting nozzle pressure, resulting in more accurate and consistent extrusion with less filament leakage and bulging.

Powerful Extrusion Mechanism

The printer's dual-gear direct drive extruder, weighing only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro, ensures smooth and consistent extrusion. With a 5.2:1 reduction ratio and a dual-gear design, it securely grips the filament, preventing slipping and grinding, especially with flexible filaments. The copper-titanium bi-metal throat tube features a unique air channel design for faster heat dissipation and reduced nozzle clogging.

Extended Hotend Design for Complete Filament Melting

Featuring a 300°C high-temperature resistant nozzle in an extended hotend design, the printer can handle a broader range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temperature resistant filaments like nylon. This design promotes consistent heating, faster melting, and extrusion, allowing for higher printing speeds.

Separate Chambered Heated Bed

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro incorporates an intelligent partitioned heated bed for enhanced efficiency and energy savings. It includes a thermal runaway protection switch to prevent thermal leaks that can lead to bed damage or fires. The bed can be adjusted to 100W for heating only the central area (120mmx120mm), making it ideal for smaller models. For larger models, the bed can be set to 250W to heat the entire surface. Manual control is available for flexible temperature adjustments in the two chambers.

Special Coated and Spring Steel PEI Magnetic Platform

The printer is equipped with a PEI magnetic platform featuring a special coating and a spring steel sheet, ensuring good adhesion and preventing warping. This allows for easy release or removal of printed steel plates.

Efficient Cooling System

For effective and quick cooling of newly printed layers, the Neptune 4 Pro features two thickened double-sided 4015 ball bearing cooling fans on each side of the print head and four 4020 ball bearing blower fans at the back. This advanced cooling system enhances the printer's capability to handle high-speed printing, resulting in improved overhangs and bridges while preventing issues such as sagging and deformation.

More Practical Features

The printer includes a power-loss recovery function, enabling it to resume printing after an unexpected power loss. A filament detection sensor halts the printing process and triggers an alarm in case of filament depletion or breakage.

Support for LAN printing allows remote control and monitoring over the same network using the WEB terminal after establishing a connection.

The XY axis belt tension is easily adjustable with a manually rotated knob, and the extended Y-axis profile provides a stable printing platform.

The 4.3-inch removable capacitive screen, supporting 8 languages, can be used handheld or fixed on the machine base. It includes a printed model preview and print pause function for real-time monitoring and adjustments during printing.

The LED light bar and nozzle LED light can be operated through the screen button, providing convenient observation of the printing process in low-light conditions.
