General features of the Ender-5 S1 3D printer Creality

The Ender-5 Si has a larger print height with a build volume of 220 x 220 x 280 mm.

The cube shape is all-metal. Thick linear axes, additional reinforcements, two cantilever arms and a silicon bed frame improve the stability significantly.

The upgraded motion system allows an acceleration of 2000 mm/s² and a printing speed of up to 250 mm/s.

The all-metal "Sprite" direct extruder has double gears with a gear ratio of 1:3.5. It provides a strong and uniform extrusion force of 80N. It works best when printing with flexible filaments such as TPU.

This extrusion system features a titanium alloy throat that prevents premature deformation of consumables and calmly controls high-temperature printing at 300°C .
